  Waiter knew many tables was busy talking to them ignored us. Tossed our food on the table ignoring an empty glass. Later offered a refill and forgot. Orders combo fajitas literally 3oz of meat. Waited 10 minutes to ask waiter if this was normal. He was busy again with other tables he clearly knew. He snatched my order away and asked if I was paying for it. I kindly replied no as I had not touched anything but a tortilla. He later came back and apologized saying the owner said there was no meat and it was wrong and he would talk to the chef. No offer to replace my food or an apology. Never again...We travel and go to this place 5 times a year. Paid for wife's meal and my beer walked to BoBo and ordered takeout to eat at the hotel. Sad because the place is nice but the food and service have really declined in the last two years.

  My family and I have went here about once a week for over a year. The food is usually good but is extremely inconsistent. I usually order and get fries instead of beans and rice yet occasionally they tell me no. As a whole family we will not be returning for several reasons. The owner has been very rude and went over the line by telling our 8 year old son to sit down and be quiet. He wasn't causing a problem and there was only one other table in there at the time. Then we went in today and wanted to sit on the bar side to watch the football game at a booth. We were told no even though it has never been a problem before. We spend an average of 60 or so once or even twice a week. We tip well. However as regular customers, we are not treated well especially by the owner. You would think you would be nice to people who frequent your restaurant. We will be going to Theresa's on maple grove parkway from now on.

  Restaurant was clean and well kept. Our waiter was attentive and polite and assisted with any questions from the menu selections. The food was phenomenal. Very flavorful and large portions, even on the kids menu. Side note: The chips and salsa that are offered up as soon as you are seated, do not have complimentary refills! Would have been nice to know ahead of time after the kids ate most and we asked for more. Margaritas were well made and delicious. Expect to pay more for your total meal, but know that overall, it is well worth it. For two adults and two children (both under age 7), our bill came to near $60, pre-tip. Will not complain; the family enjoyed the meal and time spent together, and we will return. Enjoy!
